Service Type

1. Factory Inspections/Factory audit

2.Pre-production Inspection (PPI)
PPI check on the quality of components, materials and accessories at the beginning of production against clients' specifications and/or reference sample. The PPI thus permits timely corrections and improvements before the mass production is initiated; any nonconformity is immediately reported so as to avoid delay in shipment.

3. Initial Production Inspection (IPI )
IPI focuses mainly on the quality of the components and materials used in the production process. It includes a visual check on the quality of packing materials and accessories.

4. During Production Inspection ( DPI)
DPI is ideal for shipments of substantial quantities, product lines with continuous production, strict requirements for on-time shipments, and as a follow-up if poor results were found during DPI.

5.100% inspection
When the merchandise is 100% completed, we will check the quality of goods unit by unit, which covers product description, style & color, workmanship, quality, function, label, package, size measurement if available etc, to make sure 100% of the goods meet your specified quality requirement.

6. Pre-Shipment Inspection (PSI)
PSI takes place when the merchandise is 100% completed, packed, marked and ready for shipment. Our inspectors randomly draw some product from finished goods, based on statistical random sampling technique, commonly known as ANSI/ASQC Z1.4, MIL-STD-105E, BS6001, DIN40080, ISO2859 or NFX06 022, to verify that the finished products meet with your requirement.

7. Loading supervision/Container Loading Check (CLC)
Our inspectors will reach factories, warehouse, loading place to check products ,information, quantity and package when loading; supervise the whole loading process and help manufacturer finish loading under correct and clear working clauses and working process.

After inspection, we will submit an inspection report with digital photos of all inspection details within 24 hours after the inspection is completed.
